Admission Guidelines - Pre-Nursery To IX (2023 – 2024)
1. Parents/Guardians are required to register via online application for their wards as per the notification.
2. Incomplete application will not be accepted. The primary fields in the application i.e. Applicant's Name, Father's/ Mother's Name and Date of Birth etc. should be entered correctly as mentioned in the supporting documents. No changes will be entertained later.
3. Parents are responsible for all entries in the Registration Form in terms of its authenticity. If false entries are detected on verification at any time, the same will lead to disqualification of the candidature, even if admitted.
4. Admission is granted purely on the basis of relevant guidelines without any prejudice whatsoever. Depending upon the number of vacancies applications are short-listed without any screening of children or their parents. The registration does not guarantee admission unless the candidate has completed the entire admission process successfully.
5. Kindly go through the admission procedure notification carefully before initiating the registration process.
6. All information related to admissions will be notified on the school website.
7. The Date of Birth registered at the time of admission/registration will not be changed later in any case. The school will not entertain such request from parents/guardians at any stage later.
8. Please visit school website for school related information rather than relying on SMS as it may or may not be delivered depending on your service provider.
9. Once admission charge is submitted through online or offline, it is Non – Refundable.
10. The school management reserves the right to add, alter, amend or cancel any of the rules procedure, privileges at any time which will be binding on candidates and parents/guardians.
10. Mandatory Documents
1. Scanned Passport Size Colour Photograph of student.
2. Scaned Copy of Date of Birth Certificate in pdf format issued by Registrar (Death and Birth).
3. Scanned Copy of Aadhaar Card in pdf format (Student, Father and Mother).
4. Scanned Copy of Original Transfer Certificate (Previous School).
5. Scanded Copy of Caste Certificate (If SC/ST/OBC)
